Miss going to Plan B to eat their Kale's salad. So today I want to make my own version to fulfill my craving. It is a fun & colourful salad because in their recipe, they have added Mamee Monster's noodle crackers. The crunchiness makes the salad interesting and fun. Even kids who do not like green vegetables will end up enjoying it. Just like Lala!

Ingredients for 5 pax:
- 250g kale, thinly shredded
- 20 cherry tomatoes, cut
- 1 cucumber, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100g rocket leaves
- 1 green apple, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 20 strawberries, cut half
- 2 whole red onions, finely cut
- 2 lime, cut half
- 3 packs Mamee Monster crackers, crushed
- 5 to 6 tbsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 3 to 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mustard

You can basically add any kind of green leaf vegetable and fruits to this salad. My kids said they look like "Yee Sang" for Chinese New Year. Yayy!
